Armatage offers a wide range of waiver services including Companion Services, Homemaker Services, Night Supervision, Personal Support/ IHS Services without training, and Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS).

Armatage Health LLC is a Comprehensive licensed home care agency with the HCBS license designation. We are a provider of Individualized Home Supports without Training; Individual Community Living Supports; Homemaker; Companion; and Night Supervision Services. In each service, you select a trusted, qualified worker, suited for your needs. You are assigned a 245D Service Coordinator who will work with you and your county case manager to set-up and administer your waiver services, ensuring that all workers are properly trained. 

Armatage services are designed to benefit seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions who require assistance with daily living activities.

Long Term Care (LTC) insurance typically covers our services. We can help you review your LTC policy when we start services as each plan is different. We are also an authorized provider with the VA.

We are licensed, bonded, and insured for your safety. In addition, all of our Caregivers have been cleared criminal background checks and are registered with the Minnesota Department of Health.
